If you aren’t happy with your product and wish to return it for this reason, please email us.
Be sure to include your order number and your name somewhere on the return package.
Please do not use the prepaid shipping label included in your package for returns or refunds - only use this label to ship items for recycling! If you use this label instead of going through the returns process, your refund won’t be processed correctly.
Please note that returns are shipped back at the customer’s expense. We are currently working with reduced staff on site. As a result, returns and refunds may experience longer processing times.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time but feel free to follow our Return & Refund procedure for a full refund.
Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
